Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at afterdusksales@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14 Portabello Crescent, Thornton, NSW 2322. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Ex hire items
Please note that all items sold are ex hire garments and may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal use. This is reflected in the pricing and is not considered a fault. Any significant damage or issues will be clearly noted in the product description.

Exceptions / non returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.

We also do not accept returns for custom or personalised products, or for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
